{{ShowHide|title|content}}
Use header and footer optional parameters for always displayed text above and/or below content. You can also use the optional image=imagename and imageheight=height in pixels (defaults to 16) parameters to insert an icon into the title bar.
Optional parameters passed to css:
- width
- float
- clear - defaults to the value of float
- border
- background
- style - any string of css style definitions
