I think the intro of this page should clearly state that the move and the martial art in question is fictitious (and related to a computer game). In its current state this is far from clear.

I agree. The article suggests a vague blend of fiction and reality that left me wondering if the page had been vandalized.

It might also be nice if it explained who did which of these moves in the game and explain some of the game stuff Highlandlord 18:54, 9 June 2006 (UTC) Nevermind, I see that that is underneath the move description, still might save room if that was moved into the move descrips

[edit] Article Merging

Does this article deserve to be on its own? It merely talks about a move in a game series; if this has its own article, does Scorpion's Bloody Spear move deserve its own article? ♣ Klptyzm Chat wit' me § Contributions ♣ 19:54, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Jeremy's shoryuken.

Jeremy does in fact use the shoryuken. if his usage is deleted, shouldnt we also delete the moves that are only SIMILAR? Actual uses should be documented, not similaraties. Im putting it backQuatreryukami 16:32, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
Yes, we should delete the moves that are only similar. JuJube 19:57, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Three Syllables??

Shouldn't it be four? How do you say "ryu" in one syllable? Is it some sort of dipthong? Gargomon251 21:34, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Deadpool Shoryuken.JPG

Image:Deadpool Shoryuken.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
