Shozo Sato

Shozo Sato, an internationally renowned Japanese master of Zen arts and visionary theatre director, most known for adapting western classic to Japanese Kabuki theatre.

Shozo Sato is professor emeritus of the Art and Design Faculty of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign , where his last academic production was Othello's Passion (2006). [1] He is also a visiting professor at Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. [2]
