Showground Central railway station, Adelaide

Showground Central railway station is a temporary station in the inner southern Adelaide suburb of Wayville, and is located 4.4km by railway from Adelaide Railway Station. The station is only used during the Royal Adelaide Show in late August/early September each year. When the Show is being held, a temporary platform and shelter is used, and services usually depart every 15 minutes from Adelaide. These trains run express to/from Adelaide only. When the Show in not being held, the station is not in place.
