Shoveaffinity
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Shoveaffinity is a executable designed by Adsci for Windows Xp and earlier that forces all process (with user permission control) to be switched to a core of your choosing. It is ideal for multi-core users, who want a quick way to move all small processes to one core, and then use the second for a CPU intensive process.
