The Short-billed Black Cockatoo Calyptorhynchus latirostris is a cockatoo endemic to south-western Australia. It is also known as the Large Black Cockatoo, and Carnaby's Black-Cockatoo. It is black with white tail feathers and white cheek patches. They eat seeds and larvae, and are on the endangered list.
