Shorewood-Tower Hills-Harbert is a cluster of unincorporated communities in Berrien County in the U.S. state of Michigan.
It is a Census-designated place (CDP) used for statistical purposes. The population was 1,619 at the 2000 census. The CDP is limited to Chikaming Township, although some of the communities extend into southern Lake Township.
All of the communities are located either upon or just east of the dunes on the shore of Lake Michigan. Most of the communities lie west of Interstate 94, although the CDP includes a small area east of the interstate up to Sawyer.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.6 square miles (11.8 km²), of which, 4.5 square miles (11.8 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.44%) is water.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 1,619 people, 725 households, and 484 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 356.9 per square mile (137.7/km²). There were 1,519 housing units at an average density of 334.8/sq mi (129.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.10% White, 0.86% Black or African American, 0.31% Native American, 0.25% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 0.49% from other races, and 0.93% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.24% of the population.
There were 725 households out of which 23.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.8% were married couples living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.2% were non-families. 29.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.23 and the average family size was 2.73.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 21.1% under the age of 18, 4.1% from 18 to 24, 22.9% from 25 to 44, 27.5% from 45 to 64, and 24.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 97.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.8 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $47,708, and the median income for a family was $52,917. Males had a median income of $44,402 versus $25,057 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $36,219. About 2.6% of families and 4.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 6.8% of those under age 18 and 3.2% of those age 65 or over.
