Shonen Jump Championship

A Shonen Jump Championship is a major event for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG where many players come to try and win not only an extremely valuable card, but other prizes given out to the top 8 players such as iPods, Nintendo DSs, Sony PSPs, and even a laptop computer (for 1st place). The first Shonen Jump Championship was held at Gen Con SoCal on December 03, 2004; they continue on today.

(1) This prize card is giving out to the top 3 players (plus the side event) making it a total of 4 SJC Prize cards per Jump instead of the normal 2, like in all previous Prize card era's.
