Description	This is a screenshot from a show titled "Shockwave" which is distributed by The History Channel as taken from one of the companys' streaming videos of the show. This image is intended for the logo for the show in the article I'm creating.

Portion used	This logo is a screenshot from a video on The History Channels' website - so it's probably all Copyrighted; however, this is just the title logo from the show - which should have no affect on The History Channels' financials.
Low resolution?	This image is definately lower resolution than that which I observed on my 720p HDTV while viewing the show on The History Channel HD as I captured this logo from a video that streams from their website. The image resolution is above 300 X 300 though. (it's 402 X 235)
Purpose of use	To provide the logo for the article.
Replaceable?	I could not locate one on The History Channels' website. (http://www.history.com)
