This article seems informal in tone, not encyclopediatric 'At this time, with his tremendous ability to turn any disaster into a fruitful and learning experience, young Moussaieff planted the seeds of his future business.' for example. I've placed the 'cleanup-tone' tag on this hoping to fix this, since I'm not well versed on this subject, as well as the reference tag to get some references in here besides the blogspot link.
