I will try to explain why this article was considered advertising or spam. Another contributor had marked it as spam before I even saw it, but I agreed with the assessment and that was why I deleted it. It does not necessarily mean that the product is not notable or that there shouldn't be an article about it, it just means that the way the article was written was unacceptable. For example, you wrote:
"XIML is a XML-based language that is very simple and intuitive. It is easy to learn, use, and manage."
This is not an objective statement. It is your opinion that the language has these features, but it is not a hard fact - and wikipedia tries to deal only in facts. If you read the guidelines on Wikipedia:Notability, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view and Wikipedia:Spam, it will help you to re-construct the article in an acceptable way. Good luck!
