A few points: the 'Shish' is Pakistani rather than Indian but I've left 'Indian' in place since it's a more common term. However it isn't the oldest - as the foreword to the 'Shish Mahal cookbook' freely admits. Both the Park Rd and Maryhill Shish Mahals have a claim to be the 'original' but I don't know the details. --RDT2 12:23, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
