[edit] Oliver Owns Up

Is this the Thomas Story for every single episode in Season 1? EdGl 03:39, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

"No. That's just spam. The stories for every single episode in Season 1 are Thomas episodes from seasons 1-2, and, they had RINGO STARR."

[edit] Brian O'Connor deceased?

Is the actor who played Schemer dead? I've heard several different versions (all as hearsay), but no concrete evidence...

[edit] Playhouse Disney - a hoax?

What happened to this being on Playhouse Disney??? All 'net mentions I saw have been removed.

  • It is a big, fat, huge hoax. Shining Time Station will not and I repeat will NOT appear on Playhouse Disney. It never has and it never will.

[edit] DVD

Are Shining Time Station Episodes on DVD?

No, they didn't make DVD's back then. -Memphis15. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.237.219.225 (talk) 16:18, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Stacy/Stacey Jones

Is it Stacy Jones or Stacey Jones? The article contains both spellings. -- Wonderstruck 01:26, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

  • It's Stacy according to the IMDB, so I fixed it.

[edit] Theme Song

Who did the theme song? 67.188.172.165 03:26, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

The late Joe Raposo, who also wrote music for "Sesame Street" and "The Electric Company", and I believe, the theme from "Three's Company." (Could someone verify this?) --Steve Worek

The song was sung by Kevin Roth (that is the Shinning time station from the 1990's on PBS) Paulchwd (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 19:14, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Broadcast

Since when is Shining Time Station airing on the Disney Channel? I checked around and nothing says that it airs on there. -Rosepuff12 00:43, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

  • Sigh* This was the work of a spammer who wants to trick people into thinking it will happen when it obviously won't... Disney doesn't even own the rights to STS and Thomas anyway! --BigThomasFan 01:49, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
That's what I thought I just wasn't sure. Thanks for clearing it up. -Rosepuff12 19:17, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Something I Thought Of

As I was putting together the table for the songs by the Jukebox Band, an idea formed in my head. What if this information was added to the table with the episodes? It could very easily fit on the end, and it might be a better idea to have all of the information in one place. What do you think? --PAK Man Talk 14:54, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

I like it better when it's in a seperate category, but if we can fit them all together, that would be O.K. -Memphis15.

[edit] UK

Since the show never aired in the UK, Im guessing its because of the differneces between the UK and US Versions, Such as George Carlin as narrator and Trucks are Freight Cars and The Fat Controller is Sir Topham Hatt - Bladez636 (talk · contribs)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Shiningtimestationlogo.jpg

Image:Shiningtimestationlogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] STS logo

We need a better picture of the Shining Time Station logo to put on the page. One thats got a clearer image. -Memphis15. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.237.219.225 (talk) 16:22, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Jukebox band songs

There are still many more songs to be added(ones I'm not familiar with of course), but the fix thing we need help with is to find the episodes that match with a few songs that are played more than once. For example, "Home on the Range", "Polly Wolly Doodle", and maybe "I've Been Workin on the Railroad" and "Get on Board". I know this because I saw different versions of the songs on the Jukebox Puppet Band videos and from music tapes. So please someone, edit the other episodes in with those songs, and any others that are played more than once.-Memphis15. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.237.219.225 (talk) 22:36, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
