In the 1911 Britannica Shighnan forms one entry with Roshan, and google leads me to the conclusion that these two are now probably integrated into the district of Shighnan; Marc Aurel Stein wrote "North of Shughnan lies Roshan, ruled usually be relatives of the old chiefs of Shughnan. Its language is Roshani, a dialect of Shughni. North, again, of Roshan lies Darwaz..." [1] and if I look at the map [2], I see Darwaz right above Shighnan. David Sneek 15:31, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
