Shizuo Inoue (born 1922 in the Kanagawa Prefecture) was a Japanese scientist and the inventor of the Sun Ancon Chi Machine.
From 1960-1971 Inoue trained health consultants, and provided consultations on diet guidance. During these years, he proposed that oxygen is the foundation of health and that the solution to any disease can be found if the balance for the supply and demand of oxygen within the body, is met. This view is not accepted by modern medicine.
Inoue authored several books including "Making You Healthy through the Power of Oxygen"[citation needed], Oxygen Can Benefit Your Brain"[citation needed], and "Aerobic Respiration Exercise and Health"[citation needed].
Inoue designed the Chi Machine, a vibrating device that the manufacturer claims assists in oxygenation of the body.
