Shivli is a town and a nagar panchayat in Kanpur Dehat district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Shivli had a population of 7830. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Shivli has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 62%. In Shivli, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.
