Shiva(2006) is a 2006 bollywood film produced and directed by Ram Gopal Varma starring Mohit Alawat,Nisha Kothari and others.
The film starts with a brutal murder of a man by John,a henchman of Bappu,a gangster turned politician.A massive nail is hammered into the skull of the man in broad daylight in front of the public who stare shocked while Insp.Tavde a corrupt police officer watches the gruesome murder but just smiles and walks away.The scene then moves to Shiva a newly recruited cop who joins the police force only to find that Insp.Sawant and his colleagues turn a blind eye to Bappu's misdeeds.Shiva has joined the Mumbai Police due to the financial difficulty his brother is facing.Shiva along with his 3 cop friends decide to clean the entire system and put an end to Bappu's reign of terror.
