Shitara (設楽町 Shitara-chō?) is a town located in Kitashitara District, Aichi, Japan.
As of December 1, 2007, the town has an estimated population of 6,383 and a density of 22.27 persons per km². The total area is 273.96 km².
On October 10, 2005 the village of Tsugu merged into Shitara Town.
