Shisō District, Hyōgo

Shiso (宍粟郡; Shisō-gun) is a district located in Hyōgo, Japan.
As of April 1, 2005 (but with June 30, 2004 population data), the district has an estimated population of 5,983 and a density of 99 persons per km². The total area is 60.30 km².

- On April 1, 2005, the towns of Chikusa, Haga, Ichinomiya, and Yamasaki merged, forming the city of Shiso, Hyōgo.
- On March 27, 2006, the remaining town of Yasutomi merged into Himeji thereby dissolving the district.
