Shirō Kishibe (岸部四郎 Kishibe Shirō?), born 7th June, 1949, is a famous actor from Kyoto, Japan. His most famous role was that of Sandy in Monkey. However, he declared bankruptcy in 2001 due to different cases of business failure. Still, Kishibe remains popular in his current acting career in Japan. Before Kishibe was an actor, he was a member in a Japanese band called The Tigers. On some songs he sang vocals.He has an elder brother, Ittoku Kishibe,who is an actor as well,was a leader and a basist in The Tigers.
