Shirley Webb

Shirley Webb (born 28 September 1981),from Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, England, is a Scottish hammer thrower. She is the daughter of Andrew Webb, a Scottish international hurdler who competed at the 1970 Commonwealth Games. She formerly represented England.
Her personal best throw is 67.58 metres, achieved in July 2005 in Loughborough. This is the Scottish record, and places her second on the British outdoor all-time list, behind Lorraine Shaw.[1]
Shirley is part of the new Gladiators TV show as Battleaxe, and also holds a degree in Mathematics from Edinburgh University.[2]
