Shirleene Robinson

Dr. Shirleene Robinson is an Australian historian who has focused mainly on the employment of Aboriginal children in Australia's past. She has also published some research in the area of Indigenous child removals. Her Ph.D. and postgraduate studies were undertaken at the University of Queensland and she has taught Australian Studies as a visiting fellow at the University of Wales, Lampeter. She presently teaches Australian history and Australian popular culture in the discipline of Australian Studies at Bond University on Australia's Gold Coast.
