Waggamba Shire Council is a Local Government Area in south west Queensland, Australia. The shire shares its southern border with the neighbouring state of New South Wales.
Waggamba Shire surrounds Goondiwindi Town, a separate Local Government Area covering the town area only. Goondiwindi is also the location of the Waggamba Shire administration offices.
Towns in Waggamba Shire include Bungunya, Daymar, Talwood, Toobeah, Weengallon and Yelarbon.
