Shiny Shelf is a web-based review magazine, created and owned by several authors connected to Doctor Who spin-offs and guide books.

The site is owned and maintained by Mark Clapham, Jon de Burgh Miller, Jim Smith and Eddie Robson, and also publishes frequent reviews by several Doctor Who book authors such as Lance Parkin and Mags L. Halliday. Its freelance roster largely consists of writers best known for film criticism (especially directorial critical biography) and unofficial guides to a variety of television programmes and film series.
