Shining Wind (シャイニング・ウィンド Shainingu Windo?) is an action role-playing game developed by Nextech and Amusement Vision, and published by Sega for the Sony PlayStation 2 video game console, and the eighteenth game in the Shining video game series. It was released in May 17, 2007 on Japan. The game is also the sequel to the Shining Tears game, with an upgraded interface. The main characters from Shining Tears will appear in Shining Wind as well. An anime adaptation of the game, along with its prequel, called Shining Tears X Wind, began airing in early April 2007. Like its predecessor Shining Tears, this game is illustrated by the renowned hentai artist Tony Taka.
