Shiner Independent School District

Shiner Independent School District is a public school district based in Shiner, Texas (USA).

Located in Lavaca County, a portion of the district extends into Gonzales County.

Shiner ISD has one campus - Shiner High (Grades 9-12) and Shiner Elementary (Grades PK-8) are both located on a single city block along Avenue E (Highway 90-A).

Construction of a new school campus began in January 2006 and was completed in April 2007. The new campus is located just North of town directly adjacent to Comanche Stadium.
