Shimukappu (占冠村 Shimukappu-mura?) is a village located in Yūfutsu District, Kamikawa, Hokkaidō, Japan.

As of 2007, the village has an estimated population of 1,331 and a density of 3.07 persons per km². The total area is 571.31 km².

Shimukappu and Tomamu have a Student Exchange/Sister City program with Aspen, CO.
