Shimokita Station

Shimokita Station (下北駅 Shimokita Eki?) is a railway station on the JR East Ōminato Line. It is located in Mutsu, Aomori, Japan. The station opened in December 6, 1939. The station is the most north station in Honshū.
It was the starting point Station of Shimokita Kotsu Company Ōhata Line, but it was abolished until 2000. Now it is served by bus line.

- Shimokita Station is a simple consignment station, administered by Ōminato Station. Ordinary tickets, express tickets, and reserved-seat tickets for all JR lines are on sale.
