Shiho Sugiura (杉浦志保) is a manga artist. Her most works include Cinderella Boy, and Silver Diamond. Shiho Sugiura is most famous for her fantasy love story, Isagi-Kojima, Koori no mamono no monogatari(氷の魔物の物語). Born on January, 21st. Shiho Sugiura debuted in 1994 and currently works under the infamous BL publisher Tosuisha (冬水社) Shiho's newest manga series, Silver Diamond is currently serializing in Monthly Ichirachi(いち＊ラキ)
