Shibecha (標茶町 Shibecha-chō?) is a town located in Kawakami District, Kushiro Subprefecture, Hokkaidō of Japan. As of March 31, 2008 it has an estimated population of 8,567 and an area of 1,099.41 km².
From before World War II until recently, a daily siren was sounded at noon throughout the town. It has since been stopped due to complaints from the townspeople.

- 1923 Kumaushi village (熊牛村) is formed
- 1929 Village renamed to Shibecha
- 1950 Shibecha village becomes Shibecha town
