Shibata Naganori (新発田長敦?) (d.1580) normally known as Shibata Nagaatsu, the son of Shibata Tsunasada, elder brother of Shibata Shigeie.
Naganori was known to have served under the likes of Uesugi Kenshin, even during the earliest of campaigns onward. During the "Otate no ran", Naganori supported the son of Kenshin, Uesugi Kagekatsu. Naganori died of illness in 1580.
