Shibani Bathija

Shibani Bathija is a female screenwriter in the Hindi film industry(Bollywood). She has scripted two Hindi films - Fanaa and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. Both these films released in 2006. Fanaa, a Yashraj Films production, was directed by Kunal Kohli and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna was directed and produced by Karan Johar.

Shibani Bathija was previously a creative executive for a prominent Indian television channel. She studied at the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai, India and went on to pursue her undergraduate degree at DePauw University and her Masters degree in Film and Television at San Francisco State University in the United States of America.

She is currently in Miami with director Karan Johar scripting his next, 'Khan' starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. She has completed work on Sanjay Gadhvi's 'Kidnap' which releases in 2008.
