Shi Zhi (d. 226) was a minister under the Kingdom of Wu during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Shi Zhi was the eldest son of Shi Xie, prefect of Jiao Zhi (which consisted in Wu). Following the death of Shi Zhi's father, he followed in rebelling against Sun Quan with his younger brother Shi Hui. Shi Zhi in the end was convinced to submit peacefully by Lu Dai, but ended up being captured and executed.
