English: 050422-N-9389D-148 Yokosuka, Japan (April 22, 2005) - Communications Technician 2nd Class Shauna Lewis of Johnsonville, S.C., stand-by to ring the bell on the aft flight deck aboard the guided missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) for the departure of the official party during a change-of-command ceremony. Change-of-command ceremonies are held to honor outgoing commanding officers as they turnover duties to oncoming commanding officers. Currently in port, Chancellorsville demonstrates power projection and sea control as a forward-deployed Ticonderoga-class destroyer, operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
