Description	日本語: 京都市中京区烏丸通姉小路下る場之町の新風館。京都中央電話局の局舎として1926年竣工、1931年増築。地上3階。設計は吉田鉄郎（逓信省営繕課技師）。施工は清水組。日本電信電話公社、日本電信電話 (NTT)、西日本電信電話（NTT西日本）の京都電電ビル西館として使われたのち、商業施設「新風館」として2000年に改装が竣工、2001年1月に開業した。商業施設改装の事業主はNTT都市開発。設計はNTTファシリティーズとリチャードロジャースパートナーシップジャパン。施工は清水建設。SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0で遠近法を調整した。 English: Photograph of Shin-phu-kan, the old Kyoto Central Telephone Office, in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.
