[edit] About my talk archive
Thanks for your message. While removing part of a message from an archive is slightly unorthodox, I decided to remove it upon your request because I felt it would not change the meaning of the message that was sent to me. In the future, please make sure you are not removing other information from a page, as you did here. Also, it would be much better if you asked for people's permission and explained the situation before changing their talk page or talk page archives. Thank you. [edit] Afd of Abdul Ahad
An {{afd}} tag has been placed on Abdul Ahad, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. All Wikipedians can join the debate at Articles for deletion, where articles asserted to be inappropriate to Wikipedia are discussed. You are encouraged to submit your opinion, and remember that Articles for Deletion debates are not a vote. You can also leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the deletion tag yourself, but don't feel inhibited from editing the article, particularly if doing so makes it clear that it is a useful contribution to an encyclopaedia. → AA (talk • contribs) — 16:12, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Archives
As EWS23 indicated above, it would be preferable if you contacted editors and asked them to blank their talkpage archives rather than modifying them yourself... simply as a courtesy. Regardless, making the comment about why you blanked it in the archives doesn't really do any good, you should inform the editors on their current talkpage of your action. I removed your comment from my archives and replaced your deletion with <courtesy blanked>.--Isotope23 talk 19:05, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
