What the heck is the "a very large juvenile influx is also present, often being rambunctious and disorderly, harassing customers and tenants, forcing the security staff to find new and inventive ways to control the matter, even under the direction of an indecisive and oft-contradictory galleria management policy." thing about? I know all the security and kids there, and the security just yells at us to move along if we stand around, or my favorite, yelling at me for stretching giving a security gestapo the v sign.
