This article has a very simplistic history. While "[t]he U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Wisconsin court's decision" may be correct, it certainly did not end there. To this day, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has never filed that decision. Benn Newman 23:40, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
