[edit] Merge from Mooroopna

203.37.150.24 (talk · contribs) put a merge tag on Mooroopna, Victoria to propose merging it into Shepparton. Do locals generally regard Mooroopna as part of Shepparton? [edit] Neutrality Concerns

The article seems to read like a tourism and business advert. Lines such as the following particularly offend me:

• "Manufacturing industry, such as Furphy Engineering, have evolved to cater for the needs of local primary producers."
• "café which has a great variety of foods."

I believe that statements like these should be removed. Sheppman 14:14, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Then remove them!. I tend to agree that the last is a particularly bad example of town boosting. I would encorage you to be bold and get stuck into editing anything that you think needs improving. Not every edit needs to be discussed beforhand and if others disagree with an edit it can always be restored should consensus lean that way. -- Mattinbgn\ ^talk 22:52, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
