[edit] Additional information needed to make this article more complete

  • Since he was born in 1924, he probably had service in World War II. The primary news article I used as a source made no mention of this, however.
  • I'm not exactly sure which of his wins were PGA Tour wins and which were other regular career wins. Golfonline says he won three PGA events. The primary news article says they were the 1955 Thunderbird Classic, which we know is not accurate because it was the 1955 Thunderbird Invitational, the 1954 San Francisco Open and the 1956 Baton Rouge Open. From sources in Wikipedia, we know he won the 1953 St. Paul Open. The configuration that I currently have in the article is an educated guess.
  • I'm not exactly sure whether the tournament he won in 1956 was the Baton Rouge Open or Baton Rouge Open Invitational. The name changed occurred right around that time.--Hokeman (talk) 20:07, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
