You might want to check your facts on the origin of the name "Sheepshead" or "Sheephead" for this fish. I have lived in Beaufort and Charleston South Carolina since 1971 and have fished for this fish many times. I was told over thirty years ago the name came from the shape of the face, and especially the teeth. The teeth look like human teeth or sheep teeth. My inof could be wrong, but you might want to check.
