Sheringham Football Club is a football club based in Sheringham, England, established in 1897. The club plays at Weybourne Road, and their nickname is "The Shannocks".

As of the 2007–08 season, the club plays its football in the Anglian Combination Premier Division. In the 2006–07 season, the club finished in 3rd place in the Premier Division, their highest finish since they won the Sterry Cup in 1969-70. Also the following year they reached the Norfolk Senior Cup final. However the team languished in Division 4 until promotion in the 1997-98 campaign.

But in 2002-03 a new impetus with a long term plan to achieve ACL Premier level was set and with a new Manager John Kowalyk and players saw them win in successive seasons 2002-03 Division 3, 2003-04 Division 2, 2004-05 Division 1 Championship titles.

Premier football after a 35 year absence was now achieved at Weybourne Road. In their first season back they finished 6th and last season 3rd.

But with ground improvements including a 100 seater stand and a floodlight project to be completed Ridgeons level football is now the main ambition up the football pyramid but the club are happy to ensure that the off field administration and cover is acquired first.

Chris Ayers, long standing Chairman saw the club through to the Premier and new Chairman voted in this season (2007-08). Kristian Gleave is keen to take the club to its next stage of development.
