Sher-e-Bangla Nagor

Sher-e-Bangla Nagor is a central part of the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is named after political leader A. K. Fazlul Huq, who was popularly known as "Sher-e-Bangla" (Tiger of Bengal). It is a busy commercial and central neighborhood in the city and houses the offices of government and public institutions, businesses and shops. Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University is situated in Sher-e-Bangla Nagor.
