Sheppard, Robson and Partners

Richard Sheppard, Robson & Partners (now called simply Sheppard Robson) is an architecture firm founded in 1938[1] by Sir Richard Herbert Sheppard and responsible for the design of over eighty schools, as well as buildings at Loughborough University, the University of Leicester, Brunel University, City University, the University of Durham, the University of Newcastle, Manchester Polytechnic, Imperial College, London, and, most notably, Churchill College, Cambridge. Recent work for the University of Manchester includes the Alan Turing Building. The firm has offices in London, Manchester, and since October 2007 Glasgow. Sheppard Robson is a non-limited company[2], although (Sheppard Robson International is [3]) employs over 300 people and has won over 90 awards[4]. It is currently the fifth biggest architectural practice in the UK[5]
