Shen Changping

Shen Changping (born 1983 in Gansu, China) is a Chinese serial killer who between June 2003 to August 2004 murdered 11 prostitutes with his older brother Shen Changyin and Li Chunling.

Shen and his brother opened a car dealership which shortly went bankrupt. In August 2004, they began murdering prostitutes with help from Li, who had agreed to be their accomplice after they had kidnapped her. Changping, and his brother were arrested and sentenced to death.[1] [2] [3]
