Shelley I. Mann (born October 15, 1937) is a former butterfly swimmer from the United States. At the 1956 Summer Olympics she won the gold medal in the 100 m butterfly competition and was a member of the relay team that won the silver medal for the 100 m freestyle.
Mann caught polio aged six and took up swimming to aid her recovery. She was a student at the American University in Washington, D.C.
