Shelbourne Development is a real estate development company based in Dublin, Ireland. Founded in the 1980s, the company's chairman is Garrett Kelleher.[1]
The companies' projects are located in Belgium, Ireland, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. One of their well known projects is the development of the Chicago Spire located in Chicago, United States.[1]
