Chander Shekhar Gurera (b. 1965) is a famous Indian editorial cartoonist, illustrator, and graphic designer. He is well known for his commentary on India's political and social trends.

[edit] Biography
Gurera was born in Moga, Punjab, graduated with a degree in Science from a school in Patiala in 1986, and got his degree in Applied Arts from a school in Delhi in 1990. He started his cartoon career in 1984, creating editorial cartoons in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and other languages.

- Best cartoon Award : 1990 (awarded by Giani Zail Singh, President of India)
- Best cartoon Award : 1992 (awarded by P V Narasimha Rao, PM of India at Babu Jagjeevan Ram Memorial All India Art Exhibition)
- Represented India in 3rd Asian Cartoon Exhibition and conference organised by Japan Foundation Asia Centre at Tokyo: 1997.
- Coordinated "Kargil Kartoons", the solidarity gesture for army jawans and the chain exhibition at New Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Patna and Indore.
- Compiled a selection of cartoons "Kargil Kartoons" (dedicated to the Indian Defense forces): 1999
- Booklet on the history of Indian Railways: 2000
- Calendar for National Productivity Council: 2005
- Since 2000, has been hosting the humor based top-rated (of it's category) non-commercialised website
