Sheila Raye Charles (born Sheila Robinson September 1963) is an American singer-songwriter. She is the daughter of Ray Charles and Sandra Jean Betts.

Sheila Raye Charles first began performing at a young age in her local church and has never forgotten her Gospel Music roots. At the age of thirteen, she was the youngest child ever accepted into the renowned Allard Academy in Los Angeles. Sheila went on to perform for the jazz ensemble at Disneyland and Knottās Berry Farm and win many state competitions.
