Sheila Kaul

Sheila Kaul (born 1915) is a leader of Indian National Congress and a former minister in Congress ministries at the centre .
She is relative of Indira Gandhi and had won Lok Sabha election from Rae Bareli, a constituency election whereof has been traditionally contested by a Nehru-Gandhi Family member. She was governor of Himachal Pradesh from November 1995 to April 1996.
Vikram Kaul is the son of Sheila Kaul. Deepa Kaul is the daughter of Sheila Kaul both of them have joined politics. Vivek Kaul and Ashish Kaul are the sons of Deepa Kaul
In 2003 the CBI chargesheeted Sheila Kaul, and her two personal staff members in a housing scam case of 1996. The chargesheet accused the former Union Urban Development Minister of entering into a conspiracy with her two personal staff members for allegedly allotting government accommodation for a consideration.
